This lack of allegiance makes them unpredictable but highly adaptable in a chaotic war zone. Leadership within this group is non-existent by design. There are no generals or commanding officers, only temporary alliances formed for specific high-risk salvage runs. A crew might work together to strip one Titan and split up immediately after the job is done. This fluid structure ensures that if one operator is captured, they cannot compromise a larger network. Technologically, Scavengers rely on jury-rigged gear and stolen parts. They often modify their own armor with scavenged shields or weapons recovered from enemy dead zones.
